Eligibility
Enroll in The Axis Sales Academy (ASA), a Train - Hire - Deploy program provides young graduates with a head-start towards a sales career and a fully funded certification in banking.

Candidate to undergo an online pre-assessment on Logical Reasoning and English by physically visiting AXIS Bank.
On clearing of the pre-assessment, the successful candidates to undergo an 8 hour online virtual training for 6 days with ADDA247.
On successful completion of Training, candidates will undergo online post-assessment based on Training which will have min 60% passing and maximum up to two attempts to clear.
Document Verification & Offer Letter - Post completion of online training and passing assessments, candidates will be absorbed on roles of Axis Bank as Sales Officer role. Candidates are expected to ensure that all information submitted as a part of the eligibility requirement is accurate.
Age should be between 21 to 28 yrs. on the day of registration
Full-Time Graduate with a minimum graduation percentage of 50%
Work Experience should not be more than 9 months
Should not have any immediate blood relatives working with Axis Bank
Should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law
Mandatory to have 2-wheeler and driving license
Age should be between 21 to 28 yrs. on the day of registration
