Refund & Cancellation Policy – Career247

At Career247, we are committed to transparency and fair practices. By enrolling in any program offered through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Placement Policy (where applicable).

1. General Refund Terms

Refunds are applicable only under limited and specific circumstances as defined below.

a) Online Degree Programs

Refunds for degree programs are governed solely by the respective partner university/institution policies. Career247 does not influence or decide refund outcomes for university programs.

b) Job-Linked Programs

Any fees paid for Job-Linked Programs are strictly non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, irrespective of selection status, job outcome, or learner performance.

c) Job-Assisted Programs

Any fees paid for job-assisted programs are non-refundable once enrollment is completed, irrespective of outcomes, results, or expectations.

d) Other Career247 Programs (Non-Degree / Non-Job Linked)

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on course usage, timeline, and policy conditions mentioned below.

2. Cohort Commencement Clause (Critical)

• Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances for block amount, EMI payments, or full fees once the first Career247 session has started.

• The Learner shall continue to pay monthly EMIs (if financed through a loan partner).

• Such a loan cannot be canceled once disbursed.

• This clause also applies to Learners who did not complete full payment and could not join the opted cohort.

• In such cases, the Learner may request a Pre-Program Batch Movement as per policy (subject to approval).

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

• Seat booking amount / Admission fee / Registration fee

• LMS access charges

• Fees paid are final. If the course price drops during a sale after your enrollment, the difference amount will not be refunded.

• Any portion of fees already utilized for services delivered

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of interest after enrollment.

• Once any batch movement/change is done no refunds will be entertained

• Learners are permitted a maximum of one batch change, subject to an additional fee as determined by the Program Manager.

• Failure to meet eligibility criteria (Loan/Educational/Placements)

• Learners must verify class schedules at the time of enrollment. Failure to attend sessions due to timing conflicts or managing multiple courses will not be eligible for a refund.

• Non-attendance of sessions

• Dissatisfaction due to personal reasons (time constraints, lack of interest, etc.)

• Placement dissatisfaction after course commencement

• Technical issues on learner's side (device, internet, software)

• Partial or full course usage

• Completion of course or modules

5. Time-Based & Usage Conditions (If Applicable)

Where refunds are permitted under exceptional approval:

• Requests must be raised within the defined window (e.g., 7 days from batch start)

• Eligibility depends on course access and usage level

• Medical emergencies or unavoidable documented cases will be reviewed & thoroughly verified (Refund Committee team)

6. Loan / NBFC / EMI Policy

• Once a loan is disbursed through an NBFC/Loan Partner, EMIs cannot be stopped or canceled by Career247.

• The Learner is solely responsible for loan cancellation charges, foreclosure charges, or penalties imposed by the financial institution.

• Career247 has no role in determining such charges.

• Partial loan cancellation or partial refunds are not permitted.

7. Refund Request Process

• All requests must be sent to support@career247.com

• Include: Order details, registered email, course name, reason and relevant documents.

• Response timeline: Within 7 business days

• Approved refunds processed within 15–30 business days

• Payment gateway/bank charges may be deducted

• If the learner fails to respond or submit required documents within 24–48 hours, the request may be closed.

8. Cancellation Policy

Career247 does not offer cancellations for enrolled programs once services have commenced.

9. Policy Updates

Career247 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
