• Online Degrees: Refunds for degree programs are subject to the policies of the respective universities or institutions. Career247 is not responsible for refund decisions made by partner universities.

• Job-Linked Programs: Fees paid for job-linked programs are non-refundable once a user is enrolled in the program, regardless of their selection outcome.

• Job Assisted Programs: This program is non-refundable once a user is enrolled in the program.

By using our platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

• Failure to meet the eligibility criteria of any program.

• Dissatisfaction due to personal reasons, such as a lack of time or interest.

• Technical issues arising from the user's side, such as incompatible devices or poor internet connectivity.

• Course completion or partial usage of course content.

3. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@career247.com with the order details and reason for the request.

• Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• All refund requests related to Online Degree admissions shall be raised directly with respective universities only.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Career247 does not offer cancellations for enrolled programs.

• Users are encouraged to carefully review program details and eligibility criteria before enrolling.

5. Disputes

In case of disputes related to refunds, Career247's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Career247 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
